Privacy notice

Who we are

Squash Passport is run by EasyPE Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. EasyPE is the data controller for the information you send through this website.

Contact: hello@squashpassport.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, email, phone or LINE if you give it, your role, your school, club or organisation, your country, how many players and their ages, when you'd like to travel, and anything you write in the message box.

We don't collect players' names or other details about children through this website. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and plan a tour, camp or match night with you. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

We never sell your information or use it for marketing by anyone else.

Who we share it with

If you tick the box on the form, we pass your enquiry to Dusemond Study Programmes, our travel partner, so they can quote for travel and accommodation. Dusemond then uses it under its own privacy notice. If you don't tick it, we keep your enquiry to ourselves and ask you before sharing anything.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry leads to a booking, we keep it with the booking records. Otherwise we delete it automatically two years after you sent it, or sooner if you ask.

Where it's stored

The website runs on the Internet Computer, a network of independent data centres in several countries, including countries outside the UK. Only the EasyPE owner account can read enquiries.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@squashpassport.com and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
